RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of receipt of items purchased from vanagonparts.com, customers may choose to return:

• Any new item in original packaging and condition.
• Any used Core, as long as it is shipped in the box that contained the new product.
• Any item received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Any item received in error.

New and rebuilt electrical items and gasket sets are not eligible for return if the original packaging has been opened.

To return an item to vanagonparts.com, it is necessary to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Obtaining an RA number ensures that the return process is handled efficiently and that credits are issued in a timely manner.

You can obtain an RA number by calling or faxing the numbers on the contact page or by emailing us at: returns@vanagonparts.com.

After receiving your RA number follow the following steps to return the item to vanagonparts.com:

• Drain all fluids from the part (if applicable).
• Seal the part in the plastic bag included in the new part's box, and put it in the box with a copy of the invoice.
• Write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
• Ship the package to vanagonparts.com

We recommend using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your part gets back to vanagonparts.com safely and quickly.

Your credit card will be credited for the full price of the part within 3 working days after receipt of the package. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs if we made a shipping error or if the part was defective when shipped from vanagonparts.com.

If you have paid a core charge for an item purchased from vanagonparts.com, you are eligible for core credit upon return of the old core unit. To be eligible for refund credit, used cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped back in the box you received with the new product.

Before returning your core, be sure to drain fluids from the core and place it in a plastic bag to prevent leakage. Then pack it in the box that contained the new part you purchased from vanagonparts.com.

SHIPPING

vanagonparts.com ships nationally via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground and internationally via DHL. Express delivery is available for an extra charge. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order.

To ensure speedy delivery, please verify your shipping address before you submit your order.

To send your order as quickly and as safely as possible, we may ship items from the same order in separate boxes. You will not be charged additional shipping in this event.

vanagonparts.com offers shipping Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

vanagonparts.com accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover/Novus. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments. Credit cards will be charged when the order is shipped.

WARRANTIES

All new parts and accessories sold through vanagonparts.com carry the full manufacturer's warranty and will be honored by vanagonparts.com for the life of the warranty.
